At Red we understand the value of strong partnership and mutually beneficial collaboration.

We also understand that patients - individuals with individual lives - must ALWAYS sit at the centre of any healthcare communications campaign – whether they are the direct target for those communications or not.

Both of these principles are pivotal in working successfully with patient advisory groups (PAGs). 


We’ve worked with PAGs both as clients and on behalf of pharma clients so we know how important it is to establish trust, find common ground and work together towards a common goal – which answers a real patient need.

And getting there is actually very straightforward… it simply requires honesty and transparency, mutual respect, genuine dialogue and a spark of inspiration that fuels a desire to build something together to make a difference.
